Automatic door opener for HAAS VF2 CNC mill.
Door opening system can be installed on any HAAS VF2 CNC mill. It is an absolute "must have" upgrade when using robots for loading and unloading CNC machines. Included is door opening actuator, actuator guard and PLC based controller. Very easy to install. Door opener has three operating modes:
Manual – Operator will open and close door manually.
Auto – Door will open automatically after receiving signal from the CNC. The door will automatically close after operator presses “START” button. When closing is completed, machining cycle will start automatically.
Robot – Door will open automatically after receiving signal from the CNC. When the door is completely open the controller will send the signal to the robot to initialize the robot program. After completing the cycle, the robot will send the signal to the controller to close the door. When closing is completed, machining cycle will start automatically.
Operating modes and settings are easily accessible through touch screen operator interface.
